Our expert butcher, born and raised in the Nebraska Sandhills, carries on a tradition of hard work, respect for the land and skill at the block. Whether it's pasture-raised beef from our herd or the trophy harvested on the hunt, every animal is handled with care, precision and pride. From field to freezer, our on-site processing means nothing leaves the ranch until it's properly prepared.

On-Site Processing

North Creek Ranch is one of few outfitters in the industry that offers meat processing services on-site. Most hunters are faced with the hassle of shipping their harvest across the country, paying steep fees and waiting weeks to months for it to arrive. With our team, your game is processed on-site. When your hunt is over, your meat is packed, preserved and ready to travel home with you.

Ranch-to-Table

Alongside wild game, we also specialize in custom dry-aged beef, raised right here on our ranch pastures. This isn't just your run-of-the-mill, everyday beef -- it's a carefully curated pasture-to-plate experience. Guests at the lodge enjoy premium cuts prepared and served by Chef Anthony Vargas.
